Keith Rapp

Founding Partner

Keith is an Entrepreneur and Senior Financial Markets executive with experience in Project finance and start-ups in the Telecommunications, Real Estate and infrastructure sectors. 

He is a founding partner and Commercial Manager at Telecommunications Partners S.A.C. In Peru, an infrastructure and tower company providing services to Telefonica, Claro, Entel, and Bitel with over 100 builds in Peru and Chile.  Founding Shareholder at ISP Ayllu Link S.A.C. in Peru, with fiber projects reaching over 25000 customers. Former partner at Andean Investment Partners LLC and Taurus Investment Holdings LLC United States.

Keith holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley MA and a BA in Economics from Tufts University, in Medford MA. 

Lars Lindstrom

Founding Partner

Lars has more than 23 years of experience from the telecom sector and worked more than 17 years at the Swedish Wireless Network provider, Ericsson, of which 10 years based in Latin America where he held various key positions working towards Mobile Network Operators in Network Solution Sales as well as Managed Services Engagements.

He has also spent 6 years working with leading American wireless infrastructure companies, developing tower portfolios including tower construction, M&A opportunities and Energy Solutions and Services.

Over the years Lars has developed great knowledge and experience of the telecommunications sector, MNO business, their networks and network infrastructure.

He speaks three languages and has a Degree in Economics and Marketing from the School of Economics at the University of Lund in Sweden.
